Description:
The project focuses on various types of fixative solutions applied on test specimen of the pastel technique executed on paper support. Optical, physical-mechanical or possibly chemical properties will be examined. The collected data will serve above all to the Studio of Restoration of Artworks on Paper for the selection of appropriate fixative solutions for the artworks executed by the method of pastel.
