The project is aimed at the complex research of several portraits from the collection of the Jaroměřice nad Rokytnou chatteau (National Heritage Institute in Telč). The investigation of the technique and technology of Gabriel Müller´s painting, Jan Kupecký?s pupil, a leading baroque painter in the central Europe, is the main part of the research. Standard and non-standard non-invasive methods will be used during the research. The methods used in the research will allow the execution of exact technology copies of Müller´s paintings (e.g. methods revealing the way of Müller´s painting under the top paint layers).
