The main goal of the project is creation of a new documentation tool, allowing documentation and effective and objective comparison of individual blind-tool stamps or buttons, using a combination of techniques of frottage, digital photography and 3D scanning. Using the newly created documentation tool, documentation of selected book bindings with blind-tooled decoration will be carried out.
