cze Porozita a specifický povrch past z románského cementu Hydratace naturálních cementů zahrnuje dvě základní reakce. V první, rané fázi, hydratace dochází k tvorbě ATm a AFt fází, které jsou odpovědné za počáteční pevnost. Počáteční fáze trvá různě dlouhou dobu, v závislosti na druhu naturálního cementu. Tato reakce způsobuje vysoké pevnosti past, 1-5 MPa a vysoce porézní strukturu charakteristickou velikostí pórů 0,2 m. Hydratací belitů, dominantní fáze natruláních cementů, vzniká amorfní C-S-H gel, který je dominantní fází pozdějších fází hydratace. C-S-H zvyšuje pevnost hydratovaných materiálů a snižuje jejich porozitu. Při použití in-situ, pro přípravu štuků a malt, existuje několik faktorů, které zabraňují hydrataci ? aplikace hydrofobizantů, nevhodná aplikace. Odlišný mechanismus hydratace byl zjištěn pro Rosendale cement, který se vyznačuje nízkým obsahem AFm fází, které způsobuje pomalé tuhnutí a malou pevnost čerstvých malt. Jeho hydratace je založena na hydrataci ´- belitu. Role MgO v hydratačním mechanismu bude dále studována. rtuťová porozimetre;distribuce velikosti pórů;měrný povrch;cementová pasta;románský cement

The hydration process of the natural cements studied involves two principle reactions.1) Formation of crystalline AFm and AFt phases, which dominates the initial stage of hydration during which the pastes attain their initial strength values. 2) Hydration of belite resulting in the formation of amorphous calcium silicate hydrates - the C-S-H gel - which dominates the late stage of hydration and accounts for the materials final high strength and excellent durability which makes stucco hard and durable. However, when used for on-site applications, due to the short or improper curing, application of the water-repellent treatment, the hydration could be restricted. Different hydration mechanism was found for Rosednale cement which differ in little AFm content which cause slow setting, lower early strength. Therefore, the hydration mechanism is predominantely based on alfa´- belite.
