eng	A new look at the St Wenceslas sculpture in St Vitus Cathedral, Prague, Czech Republic	The polychromed figure of St Wenceslas in St Vitus Cathedral in Prague executed by Peter Parler is one of the most significant Bohemian stone sculptures. The sculpture has not been previously the subject of any detailed technical examination. Prior to preventive conservation, comprehensive documentation and technical examination focused to the original polychromy, possible original location, stone type and condition assessment was performed.
