eng	Defining cost estimate of restoration works	The methodology of the valuation of restoration works and surveys is focused on defining the basic parameters for the creation of prices within the preparation and implementation of restoration works. It is obvious from the nature of restoration works, which are carried out on unique objects that have gone through their individual construction and historical development that it is impossible to set flat-rate prices based on a simple key. The creation of prices must be based on a detailed assessment of the particular situation.
