Hlavním problémem byly degradované rekonstrukce rukou a atributů, provedené v roce 1976 z portlandského cementu a s korodujícími armaturami, které představovaly riziko pro samotný památkový objekt. Navzdory technickým problémům spojeným s těmito doplňky byla jejich sochařská kvalita velmi vysoká. Proto bylo rozhodnuto nahradit tyto rekonstrukce novými materiály při maximálním zachování jejich sochařské kvality. Fotogrammetrie byla použita k zachycení 3D modelů před odstraněním doplňků i po něm. Tyto modely byly následně digitálně sloučeny a opraveny, poté 3D vytištěny a využity k tradičnímu silikonovému formování. Nové doplňky z umělého kamene byly vytvořeny a integrovány do původní struktury, přičemž barevně plynule navazovaly na originál. Tato metoda, kombinující moderní technologie s tradičními postupy, umožnila zachovat původní tvary a zajistit jejich přesnou náhradu novými materiály, čímž došlo k úspoře času i nákladů. eng	The Use of Photogrammetry and 3D Printing in the Restoration of a Baroque Sculpture	This paper presents a case study on the use of photogrammetry and 3D printing in the restoration of a Baroque sculpture of St. John of Nepomuk. The main problem was deteriorated reconstructions of the hands and attributes, made in 1976 from Portland cement and corroding armatures, which posed a risk to the monument. Despite the technical challenges presented by these additions, their sculptural execution was of high quality. Therefore, it was decided to replace the reconstructions with new materials while making every effort to preserve their sculptural quality. Photogrammetry was used to capture 3D models before and after removing the additions. The models were blended and repaired digitally, then 3D printed and used for traditional silicone molding. New artificial stone additions were created and integrated with the original structure, seamlessly blending through colour matching. This method, combining modern technologies with traditional techniques, preserved the original shapes and allowed for precise replacement with new materials, saving both time and costs.
