Students from the second year onwards work on independent restoration tasks under the guidance of a teacher - restorer. They work on old prints from the collections of various institutions from all over the Czech Republic. Students in this course learn both basic and gradually more complicated restoration interventions both on the book block and on all parts of the book binding.
In the fourth year, students are assigned practical undergraduate work on which they demonstrate the knowledge and skills acquired during their studies.
