Technika se odkazuje na antickou tradici a na rozdíl od štukových výzdob z 18. a 19. století je tvořena pomocí vápenných malt. Renesanční štukové malty obsahovaly vysoký podíl pojiva a umožňovaly tak hmotu snadno zpracovávat nanášením přímo na místě. Na základě interdisciplinárního výzkumu (zahrnující analýzy materiálového složení, průzkum výstavby štuku vybraných renesančních děl na zámcích Telč, Kratochvíle a Uherčice) a ateliérových testů byl navržen materiál pro rekonstrukci renesančních děl na bázi přírodního hydraulického vápna. eng	Reconstruction of stuccowork with the use of the technology of “taille directe” Reconstruction of stuccowork with the use of the technology of “taille directe”	Renaissance stucco technique all´antica (taille directe) came from Italy and to the central Europe was transferred in the second half of the 16th century by migrating Italian craftsmen. Technology refers to an ancient tradition and unlike the 18th and 19th stucco decorations it’s specific of use of lime mortars. Renaissance stucco mortars contain a high proportion of the binder and thus allow the matter to be processed by applying directly in situ. On the basis of an interdisciplinary research (including analysis material characterization of the stucco material composition, the art-historical study of selected Renaissance art-craft works in chateaux Telč, Kratochvíle and Uherčice) and the practical tests was designed material for reconstruction of Renaissance art-craft works based on natural hydraulic lime.
