cze	Investigation and restoration of a tempera painting on canvas „Reading girl“ by Karel Holan	This article deals with examination and restoration of a tempera painting on canvas by Karel Holan. The reason for the intervention was a fact that the colour layer of the image was in emergency condition in some areas due to careless handling as well as because the author himself applied subsequently three paintings in impasto layers, one onto another. The first part of the article, which refers to the complex restoration treatment, is focused on the author´s significance in the Czech history of art and attempts to situate the work in a broader art-historical context. The next part shows investigation results of the works condition before restoration. X-ray pictures, revealing two older paintings hidden under the top paint, are primarily noteworthy. eng	Průzkum a restaurování tempery na plátně „Čtoucí dívka“ od Karla Holana	Článek se zabývá průzkumem a restaurováním temperové malby od Karla Holana na plátěné podložce. Důvodem k zásahu byla skutečnost, že v důsledku nešetrné manipulace s dílem a autorovým navrstvením tří maleb s pastózními vrstvami na sebe, byla barevná vrstva obrazu místy v havarijním stavu. Úvodní část článku, přibližujícího komplexní restaurátorský zásah, se věnuje významu autora v české historii umění a snaží se umístit dílo do širšího umělecko-historického kontextu. V další části textu jsou prezentovány výsledky průzkumů stavu díla před restaurováním. Za pozornost stojí především RTG snímky odkrývající dvě starší autorovy malby skryté pod vrchní malbou. Text dále předkládá postup provedených restaurátorských prací jak na malířském díle samotném, tak i na dobovém ozdobném rámu.	restaurování;malba;RTG;průzkum;neinvazivní metody
